Past Progressive

几种类型：

1. 没有second action，有时间
2. 有second action：express an action in progress interrupted by a second action.
   在second action 之前，first action 已经发生并持续一段时间，在second action处结束

• "I was sleeping when you called"
  第二个动词simple past

3. 有second action:
   "It was snowing when the plane landed in Denver."
   这句话的含义是什么？飞机降落时Denver正在下雪？
   如何表述：

• 飞机降落的同时开始下雪：天空开始飘雪花
• 飞机降落的时候雪已经下了一段时间：地面被雪覆盖

4. 有second acton，且 two actions are happening at the same time

• I was sleeping when you were working.
  second action 使用past progressive

Future Progressive

I will be waiting for you when you finish work
问：这里when you finish work，you 在有没有work？

• I am going to be studying later：有学习计划
• I will be studying later: 强调学习会持续一段时间？
